A series Freeze-drying pilot plant is an ideal equipment for the industries in freeze-drying of vegetables, fruits, herbs, beverages and milk products for small-scale production in product development, process cycle optimization for scaling up production, and for producing market samples.
The entire machine includes the compact chamber package with systems of condenser unit, refrigeration compressor unit, vacuum unit and venting unit.
A series Freeze-drying pilot plant is automatically operated via computer control. The heating temperatures, the vacuum levels and the product temperatures can be preset into the computer. These parameters and the condensing temperatures are monitored and stored during the freeze-drying process. This makes it possible to repeat the test with the same freeze-drying characteristics.
